Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your clean beauty routine, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition or gently used to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
